Somehow it became autumn since I last posted. Life caught up with me and this fell to the wayside. I imagine one of these days I’ll get around to a real update, but in the meantime, this will have to do: we are blessed to have such a healthy, wonderful, post-Fontan kid. I am recovering slowly from the last three years. It’s hard to believe it’s only been three years since Sammy’s diagnosis – three years October 10th. It feels like it’s been a lifetime – and hell, I’ve got the wrinkles to prove it!
We are working our way back to normalcy. It is busy and good and I am so grateful for both the craziness and the calm of it all.
