179 school days to go
today went alright. i'm not ready to go back tomorrow though. against my better judgement, i watched conan (oh, me...), slept through my 615 alarm, woke up around 640ish, patty and mike got here a lil after 7. the morning was not good amongst the rents and shelby (i'm thinking of just installing a slide from my second floor window to our driveway, thus avoiding all contact with them-) i blew out of the house as fast as possible. tank top, skirt, shirt unbuttoned and untucked, torrential downpour of rain without a jacket, birkenstocks on (shoes in bag). hair a mess. just overall not good. too heavy backpack.
however, i heard crush this morning. so that made things easier for me.
i am not ready to go back tomorrow.
my teachers are all decent at the very least. ap history might actually be interesting... it's gotta be better than last year. it certainly cant be worse! spanish, whatever... she kind of lacks a personality, but i'm well prepared for that class. b = free (3 lunches today, sweeeeeeet... too bad in my haste i didnt even pack one) ap chemistry is not going to be a walk in the park, but i want more than anything to do well in that class, so ill work to the death for it. analysis? she seems chill. i always have to work hard in math, so i'm used to expecting to have to study a lot for it. ap english = great. kieran, scorp, rach. cant go wrong. plus obi! he is such a funny teacher. like tom said, 'i just wanted to hug him the whole class!' that nigerian accent of his is great. i have a quote for you from obi. scene: he hands out a 102 page packet (204, front and back). and he says 'now, treat your packet nicely. do not molest it. like... a baby... when it is molested, often later times in life, it is unhappy. we do not want to molest this packet and make it unhappy.' what a weeeeeeeeeeird class that is going to be (keep in mind he once called me 'a delicious student') yahhhh. religion dropped today, got it first period tomorrow.
oh! finally got my phish shirt from the "it" show. in case you're wondering, "it" FUCKING ROCKED!!!!!
i just had a nice hour and 15 minute leccion de guitarra. i lost track of time this afternoon and practiced it away. i did a little bit o' chem (because... i love it...), but i have a lil bit more left. then the history autobiography thingy. then the spanish survey. and i dont even have analysis hw tonight. early dismissal (130) tomorrow, so that's nice. then student council. thursday marks the start of pep band!
however
