i am wasted but i'm ready

my new obsession: ben kweller

it's been such an excellent vacation... i didnt even do anything super, but it's been just so wonderful to relax and not stress about school. although i really suppose i should be: i didnt understand any of the chem, havent picked up analysis, and have 2 major history assignments that i really should get working on. plus i don't even know my spanish homework. whatever. it's not like spanish is even a real class.

it snowed a few days ago (remember? i shoveled! whoa!) but yesterday and today it was in the mid 40's, so i've busted out the flip flops and i refuse to put them back. yesterday i spent a most enjoyable afternoon in nick's company. caught a flick and food, and later met up with corey (who had just snuck out of sarah's house as her mom came home unexpectedly). crazy cats.

ryan wrote his name in the street with mustard last night. i'm really sorry that i missed that.

so yes... today... i woke up early (10) and hit up the cranston public library to get my study on. good times. actually all i did was re-read night. so much for the commencement of the aforementioned history projects.... whatever. they'll get done....... hopefully....

actually, i was quite productive this vaca for acadec. i found out i'm not actually on the team team, which is fine by me. i still get to compete, and i am still eligible to win awards/scholarships, it's just that my scores wont count towards the team's score. so i think it's excellent because now i dont have any pressure to do well for the team. and plus, i still have next year. whatever. all i care about is that academic decathlon is on my transcript.

~I went to the first Bonnaroo fest, all I can say is leave early and don't get mad when you are stuck in traffic waiting to get through the gates for 3-5 hours...the music, the abundant amount/types of music make the traffic seem not that bad afterall...trust me!~
