the zox show was incredible. those gangsters know how to play. great energy. the strand itself sucks, too big, too many people, i felt very short. whatever, at least it was cleaner than lupo's was! liz and rye came over around 6, and then we met up with nick and joe when we got there around 730, just in time to catch the tail end of state radio (chad from dispatch's new band). they were fine, i guess. ran into so many people! at least 10 seniors from last year and a ton of other people. i got to see cait! (w00t, that girl rocks my socks) and her boyfriend, larsen (does anyone remembering the mooning incident...) and andy gould. a bunch of lasallians- even the german exchange student! (yeah johannes!) we spent most of the night with corey and sarah (they are too adorable:)). the band played all the songs off the cd (including eventually, my favorite) and pachelbel's canon. bruce springsteen's dancing in the dark was their encore! that made me love them a million times more. the bassist (dan edinberg) was my favorite... so awesome...

ok, now i'm tired.

an all around excellent evening. hooray for valentine's day.
